The 4-Point Ghana Inspection
Aviator Game Review does not list unregulated offshore operators on our GH pages under any circumstances. Every recommended operator must pass the following editorial review pipeline.
1. GCG Licence Verification
We verify the operator's current licence status with the Gaming Commission of Ghana (GCG). Any operator without a verifiable, active GCG licence is excluded. We cross-reference the GCG public register and contact the Commission directly when licence status is unclear.
2. Ghana Card & GRA TIN Compliance
We test the operator's identity verification system to ensure collection of the Ghana Card national ID and GRA Tax Identification Number. We evaluate KYC approval turnaround time, penalising operators where verification creates unnecessary withdrawal delays.
3. MTN MoMo & Local Payment Integration
A top rating requires seamless integration with Ghanaian payment infrastructure: MTN Mobile Money for instant deposits and withdrawals, Vodafone Cash and AirtelTigo Money as secondary mobile money options, and GhIPSS bank transfer for larger transactions. Operators lacking MTN MoMo cannot achieve a top ranking.
4. Live Payout Testing
Our team conducts live deposits and withdrawals to Ghanaian MTN MoMo numbers and GCB Bank / Ecobank accounts. We measure the actual processing time end-to-end, including GRA 10% withholding deduction verification. Operators holding funds in "pending" status for over 24 hours without justification are penalised in our rankings.
