The 4-Point Kenya Inspection
Aviator Game Review does not list unregulated offshore operators on our KE pages under any circumstances. Every recommended operator must pass the following editorial review pipeline.
1. BCLB Licence Verification
We verify the operator's current licence status with the Betting Control and Licensing Board (BCLB). Any operator without a verifiable, active BCLB licence is excluded. We cross-reference the BCLB public register and contact the board directly when licence status is unclear.
2. KRA PIN Compliance Audit
We test the operator's identity verification system to ensure collection of the KRA PIN, national ID, and proof of address. We evaluate KYC approval turnaround time, penalising operators where verification takes unreasonably long and creates unnecessary withdrawal delays.
3. M-Pesa & Local Payment Integration
A top rating requires seamless integration with Kenyan payment infrastructure: M-Pesa Paybill for instant deposits and withdrawals, Airtel Money as secondary mobile money, and Flutterwave for card and bank transfer options. Operators lacking direct M-Pesa integration cannot achieve a top ranking.
4. Live Payout Testing
Our team conducts live deposits and withdrawals to Kenyan M-Pesa accounts and Equity Bank / KCB accounts. We measure the actual processing time end-to-end, including KRA withholding deduction verification. Operators holding funds in "pending" status for over 24 hours without justification are penalised in our rankings.
