The 4-Point Uganda Inspection
Aviator Game Review does not list unregulated offshore operators on our UG pages under any circumstances. Every recommended operator must pass the following editorial review pipeline.
1. NLGRB Licence Verification
We verify the operator's current licence status with the National Lotteries and Gaming Regulatory Board (NLGRB). Any operator without a verifiable, active NLGRB licence is excluded. We cross-reference the NLGRB public register and contact the Board directly when licence status is unclear.
2. Ndaga Muntu & URA TIN Compliance
We test the operator's identity verification system to ensure collection of the Ndaga Muntu national ID and URA Tax Identification Number. We evaluate KYC approval turnaround time, penalising operators where verification creates unnecessary withdrawal delays.
3. MTN MoMo & Local Payment Integration
A top rating requires seamless integration with Ugandan payment infrastructure: MTN Mobile Money for instant deposits and withdrawals, Airtel Money as a secondary option, and bank transfer for larger UGX transactions. Operators lacking MTN MoMo cannot achieve a top ranking.
4. Live Payout Testing
Our team conducts live deposits and withdrawals to Ugandan MTN MoMo numbers and Stanbic Uganda / DFCU Bank accounts. We measure the actual processing time end-to-end, including URA 15% withholding deduction verification. Operators holding funds in "pending" status for over 24 hours without justification are penalised in our rankings.
