Interrupt the next payment
- Pause play and avoid depositing to recover a loss or release a balance.
- Remove saved payment details where available and ask your provider about relevant account controls.
- Mute promotional notifications and block unsolicited bonus, predictor and recovery messages.
- Use account closure or self-exclusion controls where available; keep a copy of your request.
- Tell a trusted person what is happening if it is hard to stop on your own.
Secure accounts and devices
Change reused passwords and review the email account used for password resets. End unfamiliar sessions and enable available security controls.
If you granted remote access or shared financial credentials, contact your bank or payment provider immediately through its official channel. Do not continue a conversation with a caller who asks you to approve transfers to fix the problem.
Preserve evidence and report facts
Keep transaction references, the operator URL, dates, the original promotion and support conversations. Separate suspected fraud, an unauthorised transaction and a dispute about a payment you authorised; describe what happened accurately.
Ask your bank or payment provider which process applies and keep the complaint reference. Use official police or cybercrime reporting channels for suspected fraud. No operator, publication or recovery agent can promise that a report will recover the money.
Get support beyond the dispute
If gambling is affecting sleep, relationships, work or essential spending, speak with a qualified health professional or a recognised support service. A trusted person can help you arrange that conversation and reduce isolation.
For debt or legal concerns, use a qualified adviser who can review your actual circumstances. Do not take another loan or buy a prediction service on a promise that it will solve an earlier loss.
